Michelle Rounsaville is a native of Oxford; alumna of Oxford High School and the University of Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality Management.  Michelle’s love for cooking began in college while hosting dinner parties for friends.  Her culinary journey continued, leading her to Vail, Colorado where she attended the Culinary School at Colorado Mountain College.

Upon graduation, Michelle returned to Oxford and decided to break from cooking in an effort to master the business side of the industry by managing two location restaurants, Oxford Steak Company and PRIME Steakhouse.  After working with these two restaurants, Michelle decided to combine her culinary skills and her business knowledge, add one part passion, one part experience, and one part talent to create My Michelle’s to become the new experience in healthy homemade meals.
